Bull and cows
1. Take smooth sturdy tomato.  Cut with sharp knife (or serrated knife) from one side an oval shape (for faces), also cut  the other side,  an oval shape, but the smaller ( for top of head). Cut from the remainder a small flat slice thickness of 5-7 mm.

2. Split in half a flat slice, cut a middle from the one of half's for lower jaw of bull.
3. From the remainder of the tomatoes cut sides such plates.

4. Remove with knife a little flesh on the right and left. Cut out with small scissors the shape of abalone.

5. Cut off from the protein of boiled eggs thin plate and cut out with scissors the oval eyes.

6. Lay out a figure on a dish (or salad). A first must be small oval and jaw.

7. Add the ears and put a muzzle.

8. Put the egg slices as eyes and  pupils (peppercorns). Cut out with scissors from black olives a horns, eyebrows and nostrils.

9. Give it to bulls a fresh green.

10. Similar make a cow from egg. To make black spots can be cut  with a knife a thin layer of olive cut out any shape with scissors.

Banana dessert

Banana dessert
Ingredients:

  • Bananas 
  • Chocolate
  •  Cream 
  • Walnuts 
  • Almonds

  • Slice the banana into small rings and grind walnuts and almonds.

    Next step is chocolate -  melt it in microwave.
    Lay the banana slices into a beautiful ice-cream cup and sprinkle it with nuts and almonds. Pour (very easy) the chocolate on top. Enjoy!

    Exotic asian salad

    Tasty, easy and very fragrant!
    Exotic Asian salad
    Ingredients:
    Orange: 2pcs
    Spinach: 1 bunch
    Orange juice: 2 tbsp.
    Lemon juice: 2 tbsp.
    Olive oil: 3 tbsp.
    Honey: 1 tsp
    Grainy mustard: 1 / 2 tsp.
    Cashew: 1/5 lbs(100g)
    Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

    How to prepare?
    Wash spinach leaves, dry it, cut the stems and little chop a large leaves.
    Slice two oranges and remove the membranes. Finely chop a half of sweet purple onions. Add orange slices to spinach, sprinkle onion on top and add to the salad handful of cashews.

    Salad dressing:
    Mix up orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, mustard, salt, pepper and pour salad.

    Grapefruit and fig salad

    Ingredients:

    Mixed baby greens – 1/3 lbs. (150g)
    Figs - 4 pcs.
    Pink Grapefruit - 2 pcs.
    Mango juice - 0.5 cups
    Lemon - 2 pcs.
    Hot pepper - 1 piece
    Grated ginger root - 1 tablespoon
    Ground cayenne pepper, salt - to taste
    Olive oil - 3 / 4 cup

    Grapefruit and fig salad

    How to prepare:

    Clean grapefruit clean, remove the white membrane and broke to segments, and slice figs. In salad bowl, lay out the greens and a slices of grapefruit and figs put on top.

    Sauce:

    The mango juice, grated ginger root, squeezed lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt, olive oil and red chili pepper (without seeds ), also  can add a pinch of sugar to taste put into the blender and blend until it becomes a homogenous mass.

    Apple strudel

    Apple strudel is traditional Austrian pie and a correct name is Viennese strudel. A main point of strudel is very thin, so tiny, that can read a newspaper via layer. (It's not a joke!)Strudel
    Ingredients:
    wheat flour: 1/2 lbs (250g)
    butter: 2 tbsp.
    egg yolks: 2 pcs.
    salt: pinch

    For the filling:
    apples: 2 - 2.2 lbs(1 kg)
    sour cream: 1/3 lbs(125g)
    fresh white bread crumbs: 1/5 lbs(100g)
    butter: 1/5 lbs(100g)
    raisins: 1/5 lbs(100g)
    sugar: 1/5 lbs(100g)
    almonds, chopped: 1/8 lbs(75 g)
    cinnamon: 1 tsp.
    powdered sugar: 2 tbsp.

    How to prepare:
    Mix flour, salt, 125 ml of warm water, egg yolks and melted butter kneaded dough. Roll it into a ball, brush with oil, wrap in foil and leave for 1 hour.

    Clean apples, slice it?? and mix with lemon juice, raisins and almonds. Fry crumbs of bread in 1 tbsp. of butter.


    Throw out the dough on the floured surface. Heat oven to 200 ° C. Melt the remaining butter.

    Roll out the dough on a floured kitchen towel to very thin layer (very important!). Grease the dough by half of the butter, then sour cream, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, spread the filling.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon mixed with sugar. Roll the dough by a towel to roll. Put the strudel on the oiled baking sheet, brush the remaining butter.

    Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Get out, slightly cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve.

    300 g powdered sugar
    200 g the condensed milk
    10 g brandy or sweet wine, vanillin.
